To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我自己是相當喜歡吃炒飯,有時去到茶餐廳唔知叫乜,一碟炒飯有齊餸又有飯,都幾爽,可以快食快閃!隨便上網查資料,原來炒飯相傳源自隋朝越國愛吃的「碎金飯」,即是蛋炒飯。其後經過時代的變遷,中國不少地區均發展出不同種類的炒飯。吃炒飯我喜歡到中環的「新源興」,飯炒得不油膩,即叫即炒熱辣辣,飯粒分明夠乾身,仲要開得夜,宵夜的好地點。一坐低,侍應就會給你熱水洗碗筷,非常衛生:「生炒牛肉飯」$37一道家常到不得了的炒飯,吃的時候我喜歡伴辣椒醬,炒蛋加牛肉粒的香氣,就已經可以提供營養及活力給我!「西炒飯」$37用茄汁作基底,加上腸仔火腿雞蛋,材料簡單到不得了,但就可以組合出一份滋味。你呢?你又喜歡那種炒飯?:-)
