To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假係附近搵間酒樓飲下茶慢慢坐下，就上網搵到呢間裝修美麗嘅酒樓，當日我地1:30先去到所以唔洗等即入，入面都算有9成人仲飲緊茶。蜜汁叉燒腸-呢個重點推介就咁睇都知條條都滿佈叉燒加上佢個豉油係甜豉油，食落仲好食柚皮蒸豉汁鳳爪-蒸到唔會太爛，都好重豉汁味，都推介大家叫牛柏葉-好靭個味道都唔好食筍尖鮮蝦餃-同出面酒樓嘅蝦餃差唔多，但呢個就好貴，好似要40幾蚊，唔係好值荷葉珍珠雞-同啲舊式酒樓味道一樣整體黎講食物偏貴少少，但水準都係偏高嘅，加上裝修環境都好舒服👍🏻
