香港人飲酒,都會搵d野食送,可能近年香港興攪啤酒節,我都染上左食豬手腸仔架習慣。係太子新開,就試下幫襯有好多唔同類腸仔,仲有意粉等電視睇足球,不過呢期無乜大比賽叫份先, 腸有兩款都是特長身,白色混入了香草及肥肉粒, 夠熱那香草味更出眾,腸衣脆身。紅色是辣肉腸,我唔算食得辣,舌頭都麻了,趕緊伴以酸菜平衡。豬手起曬肉,皮好似食乳豬咁脆卜卜又唔油,不過豬手層膠質無乜,可能講求健康吧!不過我呢d唔怕死預左通波仔架人,好味先 最緊要。鹹鹹地用來配啤酒一絕,無影到酒架相,德國麥啤用左長身杯,都幾抵飲。呢個鵝肝岩岩新加,好彩比我食到,因為有好多水果好似藍莓,桃片,甜味同水份可以中和下油膩架肝,下面仲有名貴架煎帶子,大粒外層煎封中間是生,有刺生般柔軟口感又厚肉,仲加埋魚子醬,問你死味,估唔到酒吧竟然有名貴菜式,唔講以為我食緊法國菜頂啦!叫份來試試當開眼界見識都好,不過食高級鵝肝你話有杯紅酒配就更好。環境係太子區叫出眾,發掘到呢個新場下次可以叫一大班朋友落來睇波飲酒同食野。
