To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前同朋友去赤柱就會食呢間德國餐廳，今次就喺銅鑼灣食，環境一樣咁靚，有情調，而天氣咁熱，入到去就冰涼爽快，可以慢慢嘆。全日早餐係今日的選擇，有挪威煙三文魚、紐倫堡腸、烤煙腩片、牛油果、香草烤番茄、太陽蛋、農夫包和特別的羅蘭士撻，而牛油果好creamy，煙腩片脆卜卜，唔錯；“烤美國牛仔骨配炸薯條,時令菜及黑椒汁”好大份，有兩大舊牛仔骨，薯條多又大條。兩杯飲品為盛夏消暑，一杯係Lychee Spritzer，內有Lychee Syrup、 Apple Juice 、Lime Juice和 Soda；另一杯係Four Season，內有MangoJuice、Orange Juice 、AppleJuice和 Guava Juice。順便一提，原來宜家直月尾每消費100蚊，可儲一個印花，儲滿4個印花，點選午餐就可以减$100 ，仲唔快d來。
