To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛腩撈麵, 牛筋夠淋, 牛腩都炆得夠身, 麵屬正常嘢, 小小鹼水味, 麻麻地爽。味道都只屬普通。撈麵跟嘅湯, 濕下口都可以, 最可取都只係多蔥,湯頭飲唔出係咩味道, 飲口見口乾,估計有味精。人總要犯上重複的錯唔,呢間店主打係魚蛋粉就真係應該食魚蛋粉, 食咗個牛腩撈就覺得佢麻麻。魚蛋無乜魚味, 但滑同些小爽, 魚片會再爽身D, 但同樣無魚味。辣椒油夠晒辣, 都香嘅。
