To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我曾經說過宏師傅有一個外太空的腦袋,皆因他的創作確實每每教人驚艷,像我們這夜吃的蝦籽鮑汁海參煎生麵,確實又是我前所未見的又靚又好吃菜式。

以蝦籽來拉花我還是第一次見!用上生麵包裹著爽口海參煎至香脆,綴以濃香的蝦籽鮑汁伴吃香氣非凡味道教人心醉!

最後我們還有這個十五年陳皮焦糖燉蛋,焦糖燉蛋相信大家也吃過不少吧!但內裏加入了十五年的陳皮確實矜貴了不少而且吃下更多了一份甘香,加上滑溜燉蛋不知不覺令我將它吃光光了!
