To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗尼諗去都諗5掂食咩，最後都係食返大家樂。橫掂今日返早左，所以行遠少少消磨下時間啦。原本諗住5寫今次個食評，因為之前都寫過（不過5係呢間），同埋尼尼去去都係食果d野，好似冇咩好寫咁。但今日個早餐真係好驚喜，忍5住要開心share出尼！今日都係照舊，叫左個吉列豬扒餐不過配煎蛋（平時叫開炒蛋）。行到去等攞餐果時，我留意到個外賣盒轉左。之前好似個外賣盒係發泡膠，依家轉左黑色膠盒（我見到個盒突然諗起好似食緊kfc咁😂)，雖然都係5環保，但總比用發泡膠的好。好喇，講返個餐，令我一定要寫今次呢個食評ge原因，係因為d蛋！隻蛋真係煎得超靚，好完美ge太陽蛋，蛋白邊有少少微燶ge香口，但愈近蛋黃位，就開始愈滑！再講另一個餐ge炒滑蛋，都係feel到好滑同埋炒得好靚，個樣滑之餘，又5會覺得好水，今日d蛋真係outstanding咁好呀！
