To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜mama 11點出去搵食，呢個鐘數好多鋪頭唔係收咗鋪就係截咗單。一直無入過黎呢間大家食，淨係去過隔離個間，咁就試下啦。叫咗個炸醬麵，要手攪面，走埋芽菜同花生。先講下個賣相，佢個炸醬好好，唔會好似出面個d咁個面下係水汪汪咁，乾身無汁，d醬係掛係面到，咁先係醬ga ma! 食落去，手攪面口感彈牙，成個面都好好，宜家呢個炸醬麵係我係心目中係深水埗排名第一ge面食👍🏻
