To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同同事收工之後諗住食晚飯，決定食中菜，大家傾傾吓發現原來都想食片皮鴨，於是上OpenRice搜尋尖沙咀，見到大都燒鴨就直接去咗啦。入到去梗係要點招牌菜片皮鴨啦，其實佢哋有個二人套餐，不過某啲菜式唔啱食，如果唔係個set本身包埋半隻片皮鴨都幾抵食我哋就散嗌咗半隻片皮鴨，同埋幾款小菜同一款湯。先講咗隻主菜先，佢哋嘅片皮鴨係皮同肉分開上，配料嗰度仲有蜜瓜同我估係紅菜頭，係其他片皮鴨店比較少見，配搭起嚟幾清爽再叫咗個開水白菜，上到嚟覺得幾搞笑，個樣幾好睇，但係要$78 ，食起嚟都幾空虛仲有一個萵筍炒臘肉嘅物體，第一啖食以為好淡，食食吓配埋啲黑木耳同肉食，有幾好味喎重點仲有個湯，係真材實料嘅，$118一個，用嚟過吓湯癮就還可以啦
