To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 心血來潮午餐想吃添好運,一個人來買外賣了。同事說一個人的份量是2.5籠,哪裡來的標準? 買了三籠。十二點二十分來到已經超多人,落了單行行已經很久沒逛的這一層我的外賣已經ready 了。鮑汁鳳爪的鮑汁十分惹味,鳳爪亦十分入味。牛肉球三大粒,一個人食是頗滯啦,最後只吃了兩粒。鮮竹卷本來我是十分喜愛的,但他們換了變成魚肉鮮竹卷,就不是我杯茶了。總括來說,一個人吃點心,是有點難度哦。
