作為山本屋首間海外分店,每次過來未開門都很多人排隊,想吃真的要預排隊時間,他們的手打烏冬卻實很有特色!🔹吉列豬扒味噌烏冬第一次來品嚐的話記得一定要點味噌烏冬,因為他們的味噌用了三年製作,從顏色就看得到很濃郁,不過入口不會覺得太heavy,反而是感受到味噌的醇厚,跟每日新鮮製作烏冬很搭配,另外吉列豬扒也很鬆脆,完全不掛油,豬肉很好咬,沒有肥膩的部份,吃得很滿足。🔹蝦天婦羅腐皮咖喱烏冬平常我很少吃咖喱烏冬,覺得質感總是會太稠,這裡的剛剛好,而且咖喱的味道很香又夠味,很均勻的掛在每一條烏冬上,它本身有腐皮我又再加腐皮😂不過腐皮吸收了咖喱汁後要開會爆汁,很不錯~🥰🔹燒地雞手羽如果點小食的話,一定要點雞翼!外層薄薄的很脆很香,裡面的雞肉非常嫩滑多汁,加上已經調好味,所以很香口!
