3位好同事話想試下一啲連湯低都可以飲到嘅打邊爐,我上網就SEARCH咗呢間嚟試,不過呢度個地點對於駕車人士嚟講會比較適宜,我同啲同事落咗車之後穿過一系列嘅車房先到。不過一見到個鍋之後,又覺得咁辛苦嚟到都低返哂,將蟲草花同素翅混合一起,製造出金翅嘅視覺效果,我地第一眼見到真係嘩嘩聲! 菜料除咗頭先所講嘅蟲草花同素翅,其實佢地仲用咗杞子、瘦肉、同埋唔少得嘅老鴨,其實都已經煲到鴨肉都溶,個湯真係又甜又補,我地係打邊爐之前,飲咗一碗都唔夠,仲要飲多碗,四個人幾乎飲咗一大半湯,邊爐都打唔到,要人加湯。又值得一讚嘅係呢度嘅響鈴,完全係睇得出又食得出係店裡面製作,脆口,色澤吸引,唔係浸湯之前已經見到好「實的的」炸到實哂嘅口感,嚟到真係必叫。 呢度嘅竹笙仲係用上野生嘅竹笙,所以整條嘅口感好RICH ,而且又長又厚,拎嚟浸呢個金翅老鴨湯,真係一絕。同事們執意要叫呢個至尊牛三星,話貪佢樣樣牛都食到喎,呢個其實係包括咗本地手切牛頸脊、安格斯牛柳粒同埋極品牛舌芯,但係嚟到我地竟然見到第四樣野,就牛白肉,唔知點解多咗樣,我都無考究,同事話乜就乜啦~ 不過呢個唔知點解多咗嘅牛白肉,竟然成為我今晚嘅favor !

不過呢個唔知點解多咗嘅牛白肉,竟然成為我今晚嘅favor ! 真係好好食,入口漫漫油脂分泌係舌頭,而且相當爽口,又充滿牛味,但我明明唔見menu 有,大家想叫可以問下店家。

我有少少略嫌呢個M9和牛刺身有啲血淋淋同埋太大塊比較難入口,不過今晚做特價就無乜所謂。

佢嘅食法係大大塊嘅鮮牛肉,配上洋葱,再加上特製酸汁,雖然入口牛肉好有口感,同埋一啲生牛肉嘅難受感都無,但係由於太大塊,個感覺有少少茹毛飲血嘅感覺,希望下次店家可以切細一半同埋啲洋葱唔好放係上面,因為咁樣真係好難拎到啲牛肉架,又怕佢地跌咗落嚟。

食咗咁多靚野,我地每個人都係378埋單,其實我覺得真係幾抵,特別係同呢幾位同事吹下水,呻下工作上嘅野又一晚,聽朝又搏過!
