返咗三日工,話咁快又來到周末,見這天天氣唔錯,沒預期般寒冷,所以兩口子就決定趁「特惠星期六」,搭港鐵外出,先到九龍公園逛逛,再去有「小韓國」之稱的金巴利街超市入貨。回程時,老公提議不如在附近歇息一下,找個地方,吃頓午飯才回家。初頭還以為他看上了那間韓國菜館,原來是被這家主打蝦湯麵和喇沙的《三少爺》所吸引。從門外往內望,估唔到店子小小,但捧場客極多,座位幾乎全部坐滿,看來食物水準應該不差,反正已很久沒吃蝦湯麵,就一於入內試試。安坐後先拿起餐牌看看,麵食分為 5 大類,有蝦湯、喇沙、瑞士汁、凍撈檬及熱湯檬,另外還有多款配上自家蔥油的太陽蛋飯及 13 款小食。第一次來新店,當然是點招牌菜,見這客三少爺蝦湯麵 ($90)  押上店名,應該是得意之作,就先來一客。麵食端上後,店員建議我倆先嘗一口蝦湯,味道果然不俗,顏色好搶,夠曬鮮甜濃郁。再挾起油麵入口,質感滑溜,而且蝦味濃厚,帶微辣。細看配料,有蝦、滷水豬腩肉、魚片、雞蛋、通菜和豆卜等,用料十足,絕不欺場。幾款之中,最愛就是切片豬腩肉,油潤帶滷水香,肉脂分明,與蝦湯簡直是絕配,非常好吃。至於另一款麵食就點了炸雞中翼瑞士汁撈丁 ($58),先將丁

至於另一款麵食就點了炸雞中翼瑞士汁撈丁 ($58),先將丁麵與瑞士汁伴勻,瑞士汁調得唔錯,甜度適中,而且麵條亦夠曬「索」汁,加上入口熱辣辣,食味不俗。再挾起雞中翼品嘗,據店員稱,雞翼是以生炸方式烹調,難怪咁香酥可口,脆得來更完全不覺油膩。

意猶未盡,決定再加隻小店炸雞 ($35),雞髀同樣以生炸方式處理,看起來非常大隻,而且色澤啡黃,夠曬油潤。本來打算豪邁點,直接用手拿起咬開,店員眉精眼企,提議代為切件,方便食用,服務態度一流,既專業又細心,實在值得一讚。雞腿即叫即炸,啖啖都皮脆肉嫩,而且肉汁豐富,帶油脂香,過足口癮!

見鄰桌食客點嘅小食,賣相吸引,所以亦跟風選了幾款,包括有越式扎肉 ($30)、古法燒豬頸肉和芝士蝦春卷。扎肉先輕煎過才上桌,味道雖然沒甚驚喜,但吃後沒有油膩感,配上甜酸汁醬,一清味蕾。至於古法燒豬頸肉 ($30),顏色雖然較淡,但切得不會過厚,而且燒得不算太乾,表面油潤,吃起來帶嚼勁,如果再燒得焦香一點,食味應該會更佳。

不過講到最讚,當然是這客芝士蝦春卷 ($48/2件),春卷以越南米紙包著粟米、蝦膠和芝士,外層炸得夠曬香口,食落脆口彈牙,值得一試。

飲品方面,由於店子沒水吧,所以飲料以罐裝和紙盒裝為主,有汽水、盒裝檸檬茶、維他奶、烏龍茶、咖啡、椰青水等,而且跟麵或飯,更可享特價優惠。瀏覽過餐廳網頁,得知原來《三少爺》已正式登陸 UberEATS!太好了,以後足不出戶都可以食到蝦湯麵,啱曬我呢挺懶人!
