今日同朋友嚟到尖沙咀海旁,附近高級酒店林立,又比我哋搵到一間喺尖沙咀富豪九龍酒店嘅日本料理😲。門面好靚,仲要寫住since 1972🫣。事後搵返資料,原來餐廳一開始由日本人八尾健二創立,之後先交比對日本料理有要求嘅曾氏打理,餐廳而家已經傳到第二代😲我地叫咗海膽附紫菜60g、燒左口魚邊壽司、火炙三文魚卷、軟殼蟹牛油果卷、蔥吞拿魚腩卷🍣。除咗壽司,我哋亦都有叫到串燒,自家醬免治雞串、雞軟骨、鹽燒百鰻串🤤。最後仲叫咗兩客鐵板燒,大蝦🍤同埋。海膽附紫菜60g🤤 $208我比較鍾意呢一款嘅海膽,容易入口,亦都好鮮甜。我好驚食到好腥味又太濃嘅海膽。配埋紫菜式,一流!燒左口魚邊壽司🍣 $78呢一間嘅左口魚,真係入口即溶🥹。好記得之前食過一間,佢哋嘅左口魚燒得太過煙韌,浪費咗。依家啱啱好😲火炙三文魚卷🍣 $148而家睇返網上面嘅介紹,呢間日本料理一直以來都好出名,因為歷史悠久,所以好多日本人都將佢視為可以食到家鄉菜嘅地方🫣。但係佢哋亦都冇原地踏步,一直以來都有進步同推岀唔同嘅新菜式。呢一款火炙三文魚卷,用上最新鮮嘅三文魚,用火逼出三文魚嘅油香,下面嘅飯卷就包住紫菜同埋芝士😲。芝士唔會搶走三文魚嘅鮮

而家睇返網上面嘅介紹,呢間日本料理一直以來都好出名,因為歷史悠久,所以好多日本人都將佢視為可以食到家鄉菜嘅地方🫣。但係佢哋亦都冇原地踏步,一直以來都有進步同推岀唔同嘅新菜式。呢一款火炙三文魚卷,用上最新鮮嘅三文魚,用火逼出三文魚嘅油香,下面嘅飯卷就包住紫菜同埋芝士😲。芝士唔會搶走三文魚嘅鮮味,反而令到壽司卷提升左一個層次😋

呢間餐廳嘅壽司卷份量真係好勁,啲軟殼蟹多到就嚟要爬出嚟😂,鍾意食香口嘢嘅朋友一定滿意🤤

本身每一件紫菜卷入邊已經有吞拿魚腩,但係師傅仲要係每一件上邊放吞拿魚蓉🥹,食到停唔到口😋

鐵板燒大蝦🍤 $268
師傅嚴選新鮮嘅食材,將大蝦燒到香脆,但係同時後都保留中間蝦肉呈半透明,新鮮又香口😋。另外大蝦絕對唔係普通貨色,好多蝦膏☺️!

南非四頭鮑魚😋 $238
師傅好細心,將四頭鮑魚切成薄片,再用牛油黑松露醬慢慢燒,既食得出鮑魚嘅鮮味,又有牛油香,回味無窮🥹
