又係老饗我出動嘅時候,今次去食豪dd,嘆翻個餓媽卡些omakase,即係廚師發板。元朗有好多好食店,而今次呢間可謂不同凡響,淨係個前菜已經盡顯廚師嘅心機。有鮟鱇魚肝,千切大根同醬油漬八爪魚大根乾係先曬乾,口感與別不同呢個刺身併盤一級棒,特別一提嘅係個天使海老,呢個蝦鮮味過牡丹蝦好多,但香港人好多都覺得牡丹蝦先係皇道,真係有眼不識蝦。牛油白子超juicy ,由牛油提出鮮味,表面焦黄,完全無火槍味,入口即融。蠶豆海膽天婦羅,軟軟地韌韌地,口感獨特。唔少得嘅係壽司,足8件,店家話唔夠仲可以加!我最喜歡就係三文魚子加海膽,貪心嘅我完全被滿足!最後上一個南瓜凍湯,比普通熱蜆肉麵豉湯有heart得多。食得廚師發版其實係食廚師嘅用心創作,由食物以至於用具都十分講究,係一個食嘅盛宴,加上遇到用心嘅店家,唔試對唔住自己。
