之前同事提起去太古城點煲,食咗隻超好味嘅燒雞,今晚就同老公過嚟試吓!入座後先送上香濃嘅中國茶。前菜:自家製醬油皮蛋,皮蛋Q彈,味道十分濃郁。備長炭火燒雞,選用百多天的鬍鬚雞以備長炭燒製,即叫即燒,鬍鬚雞肉質厚實,油分少,口感嫩滑而不膩,外皮鮮美而不韌,非常適合炭火燒製,上枱時即使不加調味醬汁都有最佳風味,燒雞皮脆肉嫩,雞肉越咬越多肉汁,十分美味!金銀蒜開邊蝦煲仔飯,熱辣辣的煲仔飯送來打開蓋,即時香氣四溢,煲仔飯選用備長炭燒焗,強勁而穩定的火力鎖住食物原汁原味,炭火更讓飯粒平均受熱,炭香撲鼻,做成脆卜卜薄脆飯焦!枱面有自製豬油和醬油,可以自由添加。濃郁的蒜頭香氣搭配鮮味十足的明蝦,蝦肉彈牙,蝦的精華流入飯內,令整個飯焦香鬆脆,有著蝦的鮮味、油香及豉油香,令人回味無窮!
