嗱!我哋A姐M佬就講到明重色輕友㗎啦! 不過有時都係要見下朋友嘅,多啲人又可以叫多啲嘢食,一於約埋P小姐同J先生去西環Cafe2 Oyster n Grill試下先,順便去埋佢哋屋企House warming!黑松露牛肝菌雜菌湯:嘩! 嗰湯未放到我哋面前,就已經先味奪人,勁香黑松露味。質地好厚身,睇得出好足料。入口好Creamy,黑松露同牛肝菌味道好Match。加埋蒜蓉多士, 入口香脆,正呀!軟殼蟹金柚沙律:講真我哋兩個都唔係太好沙律,不過用柚子汁或者麻醬嘅沙律就例外。柚子汁拌匀沙律菜,加埋車厘茄,酸酸甜甜,清新醒胃。軟殼蟹新鮮炸起,入口香脆。值得一提,嗰炸粉好薄!鵝肝多士配黑車厘子醬:OMG! M佬,你睇下舊鵝肝幾厚身,好肥美呀! 平時嗰衰佬帶我食嘅鵝肝多士都是細細件。舊鵝肝煎得好香,入口即溶,成口都係陣陣甘香。不過就咁食就有啲膩,連埋多士一齊食,中和返嗰油膩感!酥炸甜粟米:呢個炸到金黃色嘅係由粒粒粟米整成,配埋芥末蛋黃醬一齊吃,又幾夾喎!不過食落真係有啲油膩,唔可以食太多。芝士煙肉焗蠔:M佬,你食多隻蠔啦,補下啦!焗蠔肉厚,鮮甜肥美,上面鋪滿煙肉碎,入口好香蠔味。澳洲和牛意大利飯:
