To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳我之前食過車仔麵同餃子，都覺得唔錯，今次二訪原因係另一個招牌～醬爆阿華田西多士，有朋友食過念念不忘，經常一人揸車去食，講嘢咁誇張，我哋點可以唔試吓😂✨招牌煎餃🥟$32揀左韭菜豬肉🥟大大隻包得好靚，即叫即煎，熱辣辣好香口✨三餸面$45我今次揀左出面比較少車仔麵有嘅上海幼麵！估唔到好夾，口感好滑又吸湯！仲有佢哋嘅秘制辣醬～自家制辣菜脯，夠辣，啱晒重口味嘅我✨醬爆阿華田西多士$37西多士可以配花生醬或朱古力醬，我就選擇咗配朱古力醬，一切開見到有煉奶湧出嚟真係好開心，中間又夾住好厚嘅朱古力醬，點埋煉奶一齊食幸福感爆棚🥰
