Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛三寶擔擔麵+雲吞牛三寶即係有牛腩、牛肚同埋牛筋，個人覺得最抵食同埋性價比高!牛腩肉味濃郁而且好淋又冇筋，一咬就好似有種入口即溶既感覺。牛肚爽口而且牛筋又彈牙，整體好出色! 擔擔麵既花生醬味濃而且仲有少少辣味，成個麵煮得岩岩好，彈牙又唔會太硬! 雲吞個人覺得必食，蝦肉味好濃同埋夠彈牙，索哂湯汁，超正!清湯牛肚+芥蘭配白飯清湯真係冇得輸而且加埋飯一齊食好易入口，味道清啖得嚟牛味又濃。牛肚既份量好多，基本上可以食到最尾都仲有牛肚係個碗到。蘿蔔都幾入味唯獨今日食有少少渣，但整體都已經好好食!

清湯牛肚+芥蘭配白飯

清湯真係冇得輸而且加埋飯一齊食好易入口，味道清啖得嚟牛味又濃。牛肚既份量好多，基本上可以食到最尾都仲有牛肚係個碗到。蘿蔔都幾入味唯獨今日食有少少渣，但整體都已經好好食!
