Restaurant: Red Idea Cafe

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近迷上了做手作,油麻地的中南廣場這個文具美術材料用品集中點便成爲了我每個星期必到之地。由於通常都是下班後才坐地鐵到中南廣場,逛夠買夠都已經到了晚飯時間,當然也不打算山長水遠趕回元朗食住家飯,就順便在附近找間餐廳食飯,這一間在油麻地的Cafe就成了我最近最愛的蒲點。餐廳入口有點隱蔽,我也是來了好幾次才記得住路綫。它其實近百老匯電影中心/Kubrick 再行前一個轉角位,在俊逸豪園大廈門口上一層便是Cafe。  門口的裝修和色調有點像英國舊式酒吧的感覺。推門而進,這裏除了是Cafe提供果腹的地方,更是蘊育著本地音樂人夢想的小空間。  牆身貼了本地音樂人的海報, 其中一幅牆還掛著一個小提琴  置身於此小空間,但卻隱約能體會到音樂人的股對音樂與文化澎拜的熱愛在血脈裏翻滾。這裏每逢星期六7:30都有live band。本地音樂人會分享他們對音樂的愛與夢想。 ▼一看餐牌便被這兩道有趣的菜式名稱吸引到:避風塘bb雞搥$50和北京填鴨炒意粉$78。 ▼小店雖然只有一個廚師煮菜,但並沒有影響到出餐速度,大概10分鐘左右便上到菜,而且食物還是熱的。我最怕食物上桌時半冷不熱,又或是該熱的不熱,
