To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想試下香港特色食品,是日便來到中環的🐍蛇王芬食蛇羹,呢間老字號蛇店很有名,不少名人光顧過呢。約十二點左右來到,餐廳貌似剛開門不外,店內還有少許漂白水味😅但至少餐枱、用具、地板等摸落很清爽,氣味一陣就消散,做足清潔也是很重要的。點了兩份香噴噴一人前同炒了菜,午餐就先是這樣吧😋🍚馳名鴦腸糯米飯+🐍太史蛇羹一人前包呢兩樣野食,如果兩樣都散點要$300+,現套餐價只係$178,真係抵左好多㗎。糯米飯軟綿綿,鹹香油潤,臘腸同潤腸下得多,兩者都很鮮味呢,好味好味,美中不足是欠了點花生,個人較喜歡有花生的糯米飯🤤蛇羹盛得滿滿的,熱辣辣很吸引呀,睇見都流哂口水🤤一絲絲蛇肉很有口感,入面仲有冬菇、木耳、魚唇等,足料又好味。🥬腐乳椒絲油麥菜本身想炒通菜,但無就轉左做油麥菜,一樣同腐乳好夾㗎。腐乳鹹香鮮味,真係想要個白飯撈汁,哈哈😝無估到星期六中午都咁多人黎食,食緊期間不斷有食客入店,好快就滿座啦👏
