To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六晏晝經過荃灣，心血來潮想食越南嘢咁啱抬頭見到又有位就試下！打開Menu，可供選擇嘅食物唔算好多但就有蟹膏檬粉😍檬粉入面除咗有大大嚿嘅蟹膏之外，仲有豬紅、豆卜、扎肉等等⋯🔸扎肉夠厚切，一啖咬落去好彈牙！🔹蟹膏份量多而且大嚿，食落香口之餘仲夾極都有！質地好似滑蛋，但係又有蟹味！🔸豆卜勁索湯，豬紅夠整齊唔易夾散一碗就份量都算中上，女士食會有啲飽，但男士們應該剛剛好。唯一美中不足係檬粉有啲碎，但如果加埋匙羹食用都ok! 食完個檬粉之後，忍唔住order多嚿榴蓮糕。入口有陣淡淡榴蓮嘅香味，但就食唔到果肉，但總括嚟講都夠挺身唔會一拮落去就碎哂！ 味道、環境都對得住價值，唔錯！
