嚟自大阪嘅花丸軒都落户香港中環喇,今日陪朋友過嚟食。激辛原條豬軟骨拉麵 $138端上來時,湯頭的香氣就撲鼻而來,讓人忍不住想馬上飲一啖。湯底真的很濃,師傅話係用豬骨經過多個小時熬煮。辣味適中,雖然是小辣,但那一點點的辛辣感剛好提振了味覺,令拉麵更加美味。原條豬軟骨好大條,煮得非常入味,骨亦煮得非常軟,肉質軟嫩,一咬下去就食到濃厚的肉香,正。招牌原條豬軟骨拉麵&溏心蛋 $148這碗拉麵的湯底同樣濃郁,還有溏心蛋,蛋黃流心,搭配著熱騰騰的湯底,perfect‼️朋友對柔嫩的豬軟骨讚不絕口。天婦羅紫菜魷魚鬚 $52魷魚鬚炸得金黃酥脆,外皮脆口,裡面的魷魚鮮嫩帶嚼勁,沾上酸酸醬汁,炸漿加入了紫菜,味道更上一層樓。配拉麵都好唔錯。

魷魚鬚炸得金黃酥脆,外皮脆口,裡面的魷魚鮮嫩帶嚼勁,沾上酸酸醬汁,炸漿加入了紫菜,味道更上一層樓。配拉麵都好唔錯。
