魚蛋,幾蚊串,係我M佬掃街必食嘅特色小食。好記得以前食過最好正嘅魚蛋係香港仔嘅謝記山窿魚蛋,加埋佢嗰條即炸魚片,真係正到無朋友。自從佢執咗之後,就好耐無食過令人叮一聲嘅魚蛋,直至我哋嗰日同班friend食咗旺角林昌記魚蛋。成間鋪頭就係賣魚蛋,餐牌寫住有三種口味: 原味,辣味同咖喱味。來佢哋係原味魚蛋,而辣味就係自己落自家辣椒油。魚蛋咬落去好彈牙,好香魚味。辣椒油辣得嚟又無遮到陣魚蛋香味,正!!!同老闆傾傾下,發現原來林昌記就係之前喺桂林夜市日賣十萬粒魚蛋嘅無名氏魚蛋檔,我記得嗰次要排成半個鐘先買到。林昌記魚蛋粒粒都係自家製,而且真材實料,八成都係由魚肉整成,得兩成麵粉,所以食落好香魚味,質地係爽口彈牙。相比之下,出面街嗰啲魚蛋麵粉多,魚肉少,質地淋身。除咗餐牌上嘅三款, 原來仲有兩款隱藏食品,而且我哋覺得比魚蛋仲好味,大家下次去記住嗌。第一個係黃金角。就咁睇嗰名都估到係炸,而且係炸到金黃色,好香口。一碗兩款,一厚一薄,厚身比較有咬口,魚味重啲,不過兩隻其實都好正!! 大家鐘意嘅話可以落辣椒油,不過會令到佢地淋咗,所以老闆建議唔好落。第二個係金蛋。類似黃金角,係將魚蛋炸過。不過佢無黃金角
