To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【 食在九龍城 】🇭🇰老字號九龍城德昌粉麵，每逢星期六日下午都會見到門口排晒隊。潮洲白魚蛋、魚片頭都係呢到嘅名物。無論點咗咩 toppings ，我嘅必選組合永遠都係 【 河粉+ 腩汁 + 潮洲辣椒油 】🤤 呢到嘅河粉，粗幼適中，滑身彈牙，每一條都非常完整。我最怕河粉碎濕濕，夾極都係散修修，要用羹先食到個隻。.不過每日嘅雲吞就令人失望，好細粒呀，而且食落有d粉，蝦同豬肉嘅份量太少喇，比起以前退步了。.⭐️鐘意食辣嘅朋友一定會對呢到嘅潮洲辣椒油上癮，炒得夠香又夠辣🌶除咗街坊同熟客仔，每逢週六日下午都會有好多客人特登嚟呢度買白魚蛋同魚片頭做打邊爐料！.奶醬多厚底都好好味 🤤🤤.⭐️⭐️⭐️必食推介：潮州白魚蛋，魚片頭
