Restaurant: Route 83 (廣福道)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁長假期最後一日，帶小朋友由大圍 - M記 租單車 踩至大埔東昌單車行還車, 做完運動，找小朋友都鍾意的西餐廳晚飯. 見Google 上有高評分的 Route83, 便去試吓. 先點了個漢堡包餐, 本來沒有什麼預期，但試食之後十分驚喜‼️個手打牛肉餅, 好出色👍🏻還加咗個菠蘿喺入邊又甜又多汁，連個炸薯條都好快已經搶晒！ 忍唔住叫多個 漢堡包餐 😆。之後再加個 “83雜燴” pizza, 同樣出色👍🏻pizza餅底應該真係係自己搓的👍🏻都好好食. 簡簡單單一個晚餐，因為好好食，讓我們有個完美的一天👍🏻值得一讚的是店員不但親切有禮貌，需要時又會出現, 睇吓有咩要幫手👍🏻對餐牌上的食物又很熟悉👍🏻還有洗手間也很乾淨（對出了整天街的我來說很重要‼️）看得出是用心經營的小店，我們下次必定會再來,希望到時多啲人, 可以試多啲其他食物😋
