首次品嚐過鮨文的 Omakase 師傅發辦午市壽司定食後,心裡一直心思思,想念這裡的刺身,尤其是海膽。所以嘛…就相約在元朗上班的好友,相隔短短五日後就再臨品嚐,她還為了來吃美食,特意請了半天假 XD 經過報章雜誌及多位博客們極力推崇之後,果然座位比之前難訂得多…不想失望就記得提早打電話去查詢吧。這次的前菜是溫泉蛋,用上日本雞蛋,蛋黃味夠濃郁。甜甜的牛蒡漬,爽脆帶微韌的口感,一邊聊天一邊慢慢吃著,等待其他菜式到來就正好。熱辣辣的蒸蛋,跟上次吃的一樣放有蘑菇及菠菜。不過個人認為蛋味依然很淡,這次更沒有放入黑松露,整體香氣及味道不足,比上次遜色了點,坦白說是略為失望了的…話雖如此,這次的壽司種類與份量都比上次有驚喜,相對來說蒸蛋就顯得沒那麼重要啦。壽司當然一貫由淡味至濃味送上。跟上次前來時一樣,首先以味道清淡的「真鯛」打頭陣。晶瑩剔透的「左口魚」肉,咬落肥厚結實又帶點爽脆,味道淡麗得來,又會慢慢滲出陣陣魚油香氣。新鮮「劍魚腩」質感綿密細緻,比上次那件帶更多脂肪與油份,也難怪它同樣被稱為「白玉拖羅」。放上兩片肥美肉厚的「深海池魚」,咬落質感更加豐富,非常清爽開胃!Cupid 文師傅為我們介紹「

其實除了師傅發辦定食之外,還有單點的刺身和壽司選擇,價錢比我預期中便宜,尚算親民呢。這裡供應的燒物也很多,蒲燒鰻魚與其他燒物都很不錯的!原來也有提供天婦羅,另有不少飯團、燒物小吃呢~各類配菜如冷稻庭烏冬、茶碗蒸、魚湯、味噌湯等都可以單點加添~
P.S. 晚市 Omakase 的海膽甜蝦杯…簡直十萬個吸引…絕對必試!
