從美國回港渡假的姨姨請我們來龍門樓吃齋,一行14人預訂一圍精緻齋菜。這是我第一次來志蓮淨苑,這裡美得不像在香港。沿路走到盡頭便是龍門樓,是我們今晚吃齋的地方。龍門樓的門面有座瀑布,十分壯觀,預訂齋菜的雅座設於2樓,私隱度十足。頭盤有三款,川香豆扎賣相好似鵝肝,味道有點像滷水,不錯。紅菜頭沙律好好吃,紅菜頭好嫩,沙律醬微酸,是十分開胃的頭盤。醬燒雙拼是素叉燒併菇菌,菇菌爽身,素叉燒沒坊間般腍,整體上前菜都十分清新怡人。金粉黄耳羹是我的推介,黄耳超級香,個羹的質地稀稠適中,有好香的胡椒味。香草百靈球莖煲是整晚較濃味的一味餸,材料豐富。百靈球莖好有咬口,此煲加了馬蹄,份外爽甜。金醬露筍炒丹松比較普通,露筍好嫩,丹松帶著一種好濃烈的菇味。珊瑚繡球燴豆腐是我的第2推介,珊瑚菌望落好似花膠,食落質地好滑,菌味濃郁。豆腐好滑,冬蟲草花好肥好粗,整體上味道及口感都好balanced。炸南瓜釀了些粟米然後油炸,有點像在吃天婦羅,南瓜有點粉不特別甜,味道一般;香草芝士春卷的餡料有點像在吃沙律菜,素芝士我是第一次吃,味道偏啖。翡翠百福袋小巧可愛,麵筋內釀了些菇及齋,大家都很喜歡。舞茸上湯菜心,舞茸好香,菜心
