To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從譚仔營業到而家 ，我就食足咁耐。見到淘大開其實好開心😁因為返工lunch終於唔使可以諗食咩。服務員都冇安排我坐邊度，我叫完嘢食有冇比筷子同埋餐牌。叫咗一樣小食同埋一碗米線，小食豬耳到咗15分鐘都未嚟米線，咁我就主動叫個店員幫我跟一跟，最尾都差唔多要成25分鐘先來，到最尾都漏咗芫荽山，雞肉嘅份量都好小過其他分店。同埋態度店員好差，同事之間係咁傾偈，我用A PP減咗$5優惠券，佢都冇留意直接跟收據嘅錢而收，都唔會講唔好意思。希望會加派多啲有禮貌嘅服務員，先會多多幫襯。
