To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來荃灣行吓宜家傢俬，首先要醫下個肚先，梗係食我最鍾意嘅元氣壽司。呢度座位唔多，繁忙嘅時間最好早啲嚟搵位。今日食咗經常保持水準嘅加州卷、三文魚壽司及牛肉薯餅。加州卷嘅蟹籽咬落去卜卜聲，係好新鮮嘅。三文魚壽司嘅三文魚幾肥美。牛肉薯餅入面嘅牛肉蓉，好有牛肉嘅香味，鬆脆嘅吉列外層裏面係香軟嘅薯蓉，真係好好味。
