To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 華星這個名字不太陌生吧?每到lunch時間,灣仔那間分店定會大排長龍,早幾天放假,最重要係悠悠閒食個常餐吧!星期六的下午到達了旺角的分店,比我預期中少人,直接入去就係喇!餐牌 最多人揀就係常餐($40凍飲+$2) 牛油多士,火腿炒蛋/煎蛋,叉燒通粉/意粉。 看見餐牌就有感而發,香港地物價樓價高漲,隨便食個飯都要$40,$50,其實係一件幾諷刺既事,最低工資$34.5都唔夠食一個飯+飲品。佢個餐牌上有個野食叫「校長多士$25」,宣傳單張講明呢樣小食年年都唔會加價講太飽就冇叫到喇~ 落單冇幾耐好快就有得食,唔洗10分鐘就已經送到你面前。幾中意個厚多士,厚多士烘得香脆而內軟,配埋牛油唔錯啦。朋友喜歡沾上砂糖吃,我就這樣牛油多士就足夠了😊 炒蛋炒得香滑夠creamy,通粉唔會煮得過淋,唔太中意食叉燒所以比晒叉燒人食喇,如果有得揀火腿通粉就好💛
