To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友要求今日想食壽司, 於是乎相約喺油麻地就諗起元氣壽司, 今日唔算好多人, 等咗四張枱十幾二十分鐘左右, 就到我哋, 我哋坐咗喺卡位用二維碼掃QR Code落單點菜！兩個人連埋加一都食到300蚊嘢食, 壽司方面叫咗皇帝蟹柳、鹽燒三文魚腩鱸、炙燒珍寶長腳蟹柳、厚燒玉子、蔥香油甘魚、帆立貝兩客同燒三文魚兩客及腐皮壽司兩客。因為我哋都鍾意食炸物叫咗日本舞茸天婦羅同埋酥炸魷魚鬚。小食方面叫咗個芝士焗雜菌。整體嚟講落單後都好快就有運輸帶運到, 都叫做唔使等咁耐！仲記得上次要等好耐令到我會好鼓燥, 終於今次有改善叫做滿意, 食物水平都叫尚可！
