自從喺日本食過石燒牛,一直念念不忘😆😆依家疫情嚴重,都唔敢去日本😓上網見哩間牛極好評不絕,賣相不錯,於是決定約埋三五知己去試🙈🙈🙈鋪頭位於鬧市中心,好近地鐵👍👍👍由於哩排收早,我哋book咗5:30,好快就安排入座。(食食吓見到越嚟越多人,之後要排隊,奉勸各位早啲到!)首先食咗個菜絲沙律先🌿🌿🌿個沙律有蕃茄、椰菜、紫椰菜,伴以沙律醋或者芝麻醬,菜好新鮮,由於半自助,好快更換。今日嘅湯係麵豉湯🍜好足料,入面有多層日本昆布,原片蘑菇,仲有海藻同豆腐。湯濃度適中,為即將食嘅石燒澳洲牛作開場,十分合適。終於到主角出場!🐂🐃🐂🐃由於熱石太熱,餐廳好細心咁將紙巾隔住牛的上方,以免高溫會把牛脂濺到食客,且客人亦可觀察牛是否已煮好。順帶一提,牛肉上碟時只有一成熟,待食客能自由發揮,將牛的質感與鮮味提升到一個點😍😍熱石燒係一個烹調手法,正正避免左鐵板散熱快嘅缺陷,因為熱石熱力持久,基本上整塊扒食完都仍有熱力。而餐廳嘅牛上乘,肉質鮮甜,基本上三成熟已經好好食。
