To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個月食1-2次,水準冇變過,炒蛋實在冇得彈,我最鍾意就係同屋企人一齊食食極都唔厭周日天晨早起床好肚餓, 腦袋諗起華星,第一時間閃去。八點左右到左, 都唔洗等。竟然一去到就有位但都係跟啲伙記哥哥指示安排入座~坐低真係諗都唔洗諗, 要一個茶餐~落單好容易,只要跟住伙記哥哥嘅引導通粉定意粉?煎蛋定炒蛋?回答完兩個問題咁就完成點餐嘅動作。真的好快落單唔洗一分鐘,就先上炒蛋+火腿+多士炒蛋依然滑溜有蛋香, 好似用牛奶牛油炒出嚟咁,牛油多士外脆內軟, 火腿就普普通通啦。唔洗隔幾耐, 火腿通粉都到左,呢個時候伙記哥哥就會主動埋黎問你飲咩~通粉又係一樣會愛上華星既食物佢會有意粉同通粉比你揀,兩樣都試過,而多數我會揀通粉,細細粒易食好多。同埋呢度個湯係雞湯,差唔多次次都會飲曬咖啡幾香濃,不過坐坐下門口好多人排隊。拿拿臨埋單。講真假日想要享受早餐慢慢進食的人這裡就不太合適了!
