今日開始有d轉涼,另外諗起喺日本嘅日子,所以專登去尖沙咀搵一間出色嘅居酒屋食晚飯。呢間餐廳叫Moshi Moshi, 一入去就好有日本嘅感覺,位唔算多如果要去真係要提早預訂。 一入去見到有新鮮日本真蠔,即刻叫咗兩隻來試一試。真好又大隻又重蠔味呢個價錢真係超值。餐廳之後推薦左一條原條金池魚刺身,佢真係將成條新鮮金池魚片成刺身薄片,睇得出好考功夫。壽司當然唔少得,分別叫咗帆立貝, 活赤貝同埋火炙三文魚腩同火炙左口魚邊壽司,帆立貝同活赤貝十分新鮮,鮮甜兼大件。三文魚腩同左口魚邊油份充足,火炙之後油香出曬來,好想食多幾件。再來就係我最愛既鵝肝多士。鵝肝外脆內軟,入口即溶,而且有獨有嘅鵝肝香味真係好正,配上香脆嘅多士真係絕配。串燒我哋就叫咗豚肉蘆筍串,燒牛舌串,鹽燒雞翼串同埋燒明太子啡菇。每種串燒都真係即燒,熱辣辣。而且都唔會燒得太過龍。我最愛就係燒明太子啡菇,咸香既明太子配上juicy既大啡菇,呢種味覺衝擊真係好值得去一試。呢間餐廳真係令我好似身處日本咁,希望可以快啲開關恢復返正常生活。
