To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去深水埗買嘢，行過見到一間車仔麵店，就入去試吓，結果真係好有驚喜！*雞中翼* 🍗：雞中翼煮得非常入味，雞肉嫩滑。*牛筋* 🍖：牛筋炆得啱啱好，入口即溶，味道濃郁，真係好好味。*魚肉春卷* 🐟：魚肉春卷，內餡鮮美，多汁可口，令人一試難忘。*韭菜餃* 🥟：韭菜餃皮薄餡多，味道鮮甜，韭菜香味濃郁。 *魚腐* 🐟：魚腐質地滑嫩，味道鮮美，加埋湯底，非常好食。*其他餸* 🍜：仲點咗幾款其他餸，都係好味，每一啖都好滿足。整體嚟講，呢次食車仔麵嘅經歷非常愉快，其他餸菜豐富多樣，味道一流。呢間車仔麵店真係值得再嚟，下次一定會帶更多朋友嚟試吓😋🍽️😊
