父親節前夕,就同屋企人帶公公去食餐懷舊京菜。我哋散點,啲菜式好多都有分大、中、細,幫我哋落單嘅侍應好好人,見我哋叫叫下叫咗勁多嘢食就主動建議我哋改細份量,之後都真係好彩份量減咗,如果唔係真係會食唔晒。 呢間餐廳必食北京填鴨啦!啲鴨真係幾好食,但食嘅時候包鴨嘅皮已經凍晒就扣咗少少分,建議餐廳唔好係鴨未上菜嘅時候就上咗薄餅皮先,搞到啲薄餅皮放到凍冰冰真係令到個北京填鴨失色不少。仲有幾樣較為出色嘅有砂鍋雲吞雞(湯濃,雲吞皮夠薄)、京燒羊肉(啲肉好嫩)、高力豆沙(炸得幾好又唔會太甜)、鐵板焗鰣魚(條魚有成隻手臂咁長,魚肉甘香,配埋酸酸哋嘅汁又幾特別同好食) 、葱油餅(啲葱油好香)。而清炒蝦仁、花素蒸餃、鍋燒肘子就一般,不過不失啦。至於比較差嘅代表就係小籠包(皮太厚,肉汁亦唔夠多)、雲腿津白(菜煮得太淋,又冇乜雲腿味)、什錦冷盤(拼盤內冇一樣嘢好色,失望)。
