朋友介紹北角開左間傳統糕點CAFE 仲要係香港社企. 咁黎開北角就去試下. 呢一間懷舊風社企主打糕點茶室, 保留傳統文化, 主要推廣中式傳統糕點和懷舊手工小食. 兒時回憶滿滿. 砵仔糕係我兒時最愛最常吃的甜點. 現在真係買少見少. 佢地都有做幾款主食. 醬燒黑糖豬軟骨紅米飯 ($108)都跟配前菜涼拌雲耳同砵仔糕. 質感黏身有好多紅豆粒,用黃糖甜度適中, 咬落煙煙韌韌. 好好味.  而豬軟骨中規中矩. 梅菜扣肉刈包 ($68)  都跟配前菜涼拌雲耳同砵仔糕. 刈包超鬆軟口感超好.  扣肉好香又淋口感超,  梅菜扣肉十分入味,梅菜少少甘甜平衡返扣肉咸度,五花腩入口即溶.   配搭得出奇地好.  會有兩件非常飽肚.  跟餐可加錢叫左杯紫薯鮮牛奶. 唔錯!當然要試多幾款糕點啦開心果糯米糍  -  餡料滿滿, 全是開心果粒, 唔會太甜, 糯米皮煙韌口感好. 黑芝麻卷 -  超彈牙, 勁香濃芝麻味,  仲有支黑芝麻醬自己唧  好好味. 最後仲試埋桂花酒釀丸子 - 好香桂花味丸子煙韌.
