家中長老喜歡鋸扒,來佬餐館經常是他們坐上客。今次有新餐推出,又正值蟹粉季節,上次同朋友食過,今次老友記想試,咁我又有口福喇!頭盤-蟹肉蘋果沙律,芝士菠菜焗蠔,露筍,蟹粉一口酥,4款頭盤各有特色,特別係蟹粉酥特別出色,煎香再滙入米通,配搭一流,值得一試再試!湯-酥皮海鮮湯,係真係真材實料,好濃海鮮味,完全有腥味,超水準之作,睇得出大廚得用心製作!主菜-慢煮烤鴨胸、羊架,我覺得鴨胸係有驚喜,因為慢煮到好嫩滑,我冇諗過原來鴨胸可以咁好味。羊架係偏濃蘇味,係我偏好嘅羊味,配牛肝菌汁一流!甜品-芒果西米奶凍,上次食咗心太軟,一於試吓嘢,擺盤好靚好吸引,西米奶凍口感好滑好香奶味,芒果雪糕都好香滑,食完唔覺滯,味道拍得住酒店high tea,勝價比好高!今餐晚餐老友記食得好滿意,食得出大廚好有心設計呢個餐,可以媲美酒店級數,我真心推介可一試再試!

慢煮烤鴨胸、羊架,我覺得鴨胸係有驚喜,因為慢煮到好嫩滑,我冇諗過原來鴨胸可以咁好味。羊架係偏濃蘇味,係我偏好嘅羊味,配牛肝菌汁一流!
