入去呢間餐廳,唔係為左隨大流,唔係為左食物噶外表或某個主題,而係最近好想食翻老香港噶味道,舊式酒樓點心噶味道,今次入呢間點心店,令我得到不少收穫!排骨:唔少人去茶樓叫點心,總少不了叫一兩籠排骨過下口癮,我都唔例外,次次去酒樓例牌兩籠過足癮。呢度排骨幾新鮮,肉感唔錯,同傳統不同噶係,落左少許xo醬,幾有鮮味鳳爪:同排骨簡直係天生一對,叫得排骨,梗要叫籠鳳爪爽下,呢度醬料落得幾足,味有小濃,飲啖茶食,都係唔錯噶選擇鹹水角:呢個更加唔洗講,傳統點心,呢間餐廳配合外表有點小創新,但內裡卻同傳統模仿得十足,好有舊式酒樓味道,正!
