To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日牙仔放假可以同佢去嘆個lunch,蠢蠢地當然係去食街坊茶餐廳啦他們裝修好有懷舊的感覺,佈置得七八十年代茶餐廳一樣!但係裝修係新的啊因為時間尚早我哋仲可以食兩個早餐火腿通粉同埋雪菜肉絲米,湯底睇到相都知道唔係一般清湯,但係冇味精味而雪菜肉絲係好味的個餐仲跟埋一塊多士,香腸煎蛋或者煎雙蛋!腸仔出嚟同平時茶餐廳唔同,個皮係脆的應該炸過,我都係鍾意水煮腸多啲而多士看得夠香脆!飲品就正常啦仲要一提,佢哋出的所有餐都係熱辣辣!這個餐廳比一般茶餐廳係貴少少,但係服務質素,餐廳環境,食物品質都係值得俾貴少少
