To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間火鍋店之前都有黎食過,果陣係食鮑魚雞煲,覺得好惹味,所以又再book位再黎食!餐廳裝修懷舊,枱都係用緊懷舊既圓形摺枱,而且還播著70-80年代的英文歌,就仿似真係回到舊時一樣。之前見到雜誌報道,知佢近期由鮑魚雞煲轉左做花膠雞湯鍋,而且都係做緊任飲任食,非常正呀!我地4個人點了花膠雞安格斯海鮮火鍋套餐,每人只需$258,火鍋配料飲食,不過海鮮就只有一次,還有甜品、餐前小食。冇咩點叫火鍋配料已經好飽了!濃厚花膠雞湯鍋,呢個湯非常鮮甜,好有雞味,花膠都好大塊,我地每人最少都有一大塊。雞件都有好多,個湯飲落都有粘口,非常足料!飲夠湯就可以請店員幫忙換上打邊爐的湯底。這裡的好處就是可以揀令一款湯底打邊爐,不用怕飲哂D湯,打邊爐會冇味!時令海鮮拼盤,呢個海鮮拼盤包括有海蝦、生蠔、蜆、脆魚腩同埋墨魚滑。海蝦新鮮,肉沒有"梅",蜆沒有沙,脆魚腩魚肉爽口。特級安格斯牛肉,每片都好大塊,牛肉味濃!打邊爐又點少得菜類和丸類。最後還有甜品作結,非常滿足呢!
