    作為消費者,疫情價吃餐好可說是苦中作樂!作為餐飲從業者,維持經營方為上策,唐人館可算是洞燭先機,四月早已推出點心及晚市無限放送,反應相當熱烈,已延期至六月。週末及假期$168/位,另收茶芥每位$35,在本來走高端路線、裝潢時尚及維景相伴的飯店用膳,CP值高。來之前收到的口碑不算太好,不過唔試過唔會有話題,點心選擇比想像中多,不過水準參差,有得又唔得!炸物最有水準,甜品都唔錯。七味豆腐粒成功炸至酥香不膩,薄薄的一層外皮酥脆、對比極之滑溜的豆腐,再加上七味粉之香惹,絕對是吃不停口的小吃!風味雞軟骨同樣香酥惹味,炸漿厚薄適中,平均地包裹着整粒雞軟骨,咬落爽口卜脆,每一粒皆好嚼,完美顯出雞軟骨的特性。馬蹄牛肉球滑而汁豐的牛肉球,內藏馬蹄粒倍增口感,組合份量適中,味道討好。楊枝甘露甚可口,我吃了兩碗。紅豆沙不錯,黃金馬蹄糕爽口不過膠,我喜歡吃到粒粒馬蹄。味道正常的有以下:筍尖鮮蝦餃、韭菜豬紅、咖喱魚蛋豬皮、蜜汁叉燒腸、棉花雞。 蟹黃燒賣很有肉香,腸粉皮厚薄適中都幾好。甜點方面,玫瑰豆沙角賣相好,琉璃沙翁夠鬆化。可以不吃的有這些:肉醬和牛包本來很有期望卻是不倫不類,芝士肉醬混在一起

本來很有期望卻是不倫不類,芝士肉醬混在一起吃不到有什麼牛肉,更不用說是和牛,跟中式包完全不夾,包身亦只是一般,每人嚐了一個,第三個完全吃不下。

環境確實不錯,開陽落地玻璃,少許維港景色,裝潢新穎,顏色耀目,服務沒有問題,久未遇上難得滿座的餐廳,性價比還是合理。
