入到元朗不奇然便會想起「恆香」既老婆餅。今日我就試左「大同」既老婆餅,舊式的餅通常都會加入豬油,大同既老婆餅都不例外,不過,食落口都不太感到豬油既「油益」味。老婆餅既外皮係很薄的曲奇皮,很脆口但好易散,且較油膩,餡料都不太甜,但始終不及「恆香」既老婆餅咁香同軟。棋子餅用了花生油造,味道適中不太甜,而且都香綠荳蓉的味道,反而冇老婆餅咁油。最後,仲買了光酥餅,都幾好食,好有兒時既味道。
