佐敦「神燈海鮮酒家」屹立佐敦多年出名食懷舊粵菜,最近酒家於銅鑼灣登龍街開分店,同朋友試下去銅鑼灣神燈,估唔到平日座無虛席 入到餐廳,中式雅致裝修設有貴賓房,仲有卡位,感覺好舒服,真係適合朋友聚餐或者家庭聚會  精美茶壺,竹卷menu好有特色,餐廳有卡位坐得舒服 蜜汁脆燒鱔燒鱔外皮燒得好香脆,食前加試少少檸檬汁酸酸甜甜去油膩感好開胃即燒伊比利亞叉燒皇伊比利亞豬叉燒肉質好嫩滑多汁,油脂分佈得好均勻,半肥瘦適中叉燒帶有油香,加上蜜汁甜味,令人一試難忘黑松露玻璃燒鵝 (1/4隻) 燒鵝外層炭黑色,入口有陣陣黑松露香,皮下唔會有一層厚脂肪,鵝肉亦都無羶味,做到皮脆肉滑,燒鵝旁邊醬汁有酸梅醬同燒鵝汁,再點燒鵝汁黑松露香更香濃糯米炒膏蟹糯米飯炒得十分香,入口質感軟硬適中,糯米飯加入金黃色蟹膏,令糯米飯更有風味,一鍋糯米炒膏蟹份量唔少,可供4至6人享用無論係環境定係食物非常高質,絕對值得一試!
