To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

明明車仔麵門口有好搶眼嘅綠色門框，用懷舊風嘅裝修襯番依種經典本地特色麵食。任選三餸一麵埋單只需四十蚊，餸嘅選擇都好多，不過有幾款用料貴啲嘅餸例如瑞士雞翼、南乳豬手就只限揀一次。我就揀咗幾款車仔麵必食嘅配搭－蘿蔔、豬紅、咖喱魷魚。車仔麵嘅湯底偏清淡，所以極推介加蒜辣汁，可以令成碗麵嘅味道更豐富，食落微辣又充滿蒜香。蘿蔔好清甜又大舊，豬紅味道幾濃但份量比較少，咖喱魷魚彈牙入味，之前試過蒜辣雞翼尖都好正添架！
