To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前中學時期成日都會去酒樓打邊爐, 一黎夠抵食, 成班同學可以圍埋一張大圓枱,方便傾計又方便SHARE野食.最近比我發現海港出左任飲任食海鮮火鍋仲要無限時!!!!緊係要試下!任飲任食海鮮火鍋成人每位$188(2位起),(聽講每星期都有D唔同)1海鮮盆 –每日唔同大約有6種海鮮, 包括蝦, 蟹, 扇貝, 珊瑚蚌, 蜆, 龍躉(根據我當日食到既)2鮑魚鴨掌煲3特級安格斯肥牛4巨形水胶皇5麻辣雞煲湯底好快就上左個清湯比我..所以我都唔知有無其他揀, 但都可以自己另外係出面拎醬油調味, 飲品種類多.樽裝汽水, 紙包飲品, 自家涼茶同啤酒都可以飲.野食都唔差, 岩哂一班人一路傾計再慢慢食,飲下野吹下水咁. 因為係無限時,所以都唔怕比人趕走.都因為咁所以最好都係要提早BOOK定位先去食. 我一開始無諗過咁多人食..6點半黎到店員已經話FULL左,,問我試唔試下等..因為我係之後既第一張..一等就等到差唔到8點先入得….所以大家記得要BOOK定位,以防萬一
