講到舊式茶樓,我知道嘅來去去都係得嗰幾間.一係就連香,我都去過幾次,今次就食下從未去過嘅中央飯店.舊式茶樓當然係可以搭枱,應該話冇得比你唔搭檯先啱.如果真係好想兩個人錯張四人枱,可以開四個茶位.好可惜點心唔係用鐵盤託喺條腰嗰種,不過都好嘅,咁樣托法好傷腰骨.因為唔用點心紙,所以要金睛火眼咁樣望住經過嘅點心車,啱心水嘅唔多,第一段就叫咗炸點.呢度好在炸物可以畀你自由配搭,我哋就叫咗煎堆,春捲,鹹水角.個樣已經好清楚咁話你知佢係凍嘅,油冧冧加上林坺坺. 春捲好粗好大碌,有好重既芋頭味.煎堆仔好細個,豆沙好好味,不過甜咗啲.鹹水角實在太多油,過咗氣,而且餡料好少.再嚟就食咗鮮蝦腸粉,蝦都幾大隻,腸粉軟得嚟唔爛,但係唔知點解豉油非常黑,唔通用老抽.叉燒包上枱果陣真係燙手架,但係包多肉少,而且裏面唔夠汁,有少少乾.鴨腳扎裏面嘅芋頭大舊得好誇張,而且略乾,成舊收入口有難度,老人家食要小心.另外豬肉實在太肥太鹹,鴨腳就非常瘦,真係好似皮包骨咁.鳳爪就啱啱相反,非常肥美,夠曬入味,而且炆得夠淋.排骨就同一般茶樓差唔多,除咗份量多咗一倍之外,不過好大部分係因為有非常多嘅芋頭墊底.最後我哋仲另外叫咗一個陳

呢度嘅夥記都幾勤快,收碟嘅速度非常快.如果想食懷舊嘅點心餸菜,體驗懷舊嘅格局,呢度係非常好嘅選擇,但剩係講味道嘅話,呢度實在未到好味嘅程度.
