To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日過咗美孚搵friend,我地行去地鐵站的途中見到有間幾裝潢幾復古嘅茶餐廳—香港地。門口白色墻身上紅藍色字牌,顏色搭配同埋故意不平滑的墻身突顯復古感,加埋「香港地」三個字,特有味道,所以忍唔住入去試一試。入到去,地方不算太大,但係都幾舒服,乾淨企理食物上揀咗「胡椒豬肚海鮮木桶雞」,門口有個大大嘅招牌推薦呢款新菜式,第一次黎唔知食咩好,所以就選擇佢地嘅推薦菜式。「胡椒豬肚海鮮木桶雞」份量好足一大盆菜,見到有好多款唔同嘅食物係其中,有蝦、雞肉、豬肚、木耳、西芹等等,望見就令人食指大動。未食菜之前,先飲一啖湯,奶白色嘅湯入口好香濃的胡椒豬肚味,微微地胡椒辣好開胃,每一款海鮮都新鮮。用湯泡飯,太好味了!!唔覺唔覺就食咗兩碗飯!飲品需要推薦「華田奶昔冰」。奶昔冰都大杯,而且賣相吸引,一定要影相!炎熱嘅天氣歎番被華田奶昔冰,太滿足了
