To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行經柯士甸道，見這間越南小店新開盡管入去試下，叫了食越南菜必試嘅生牛肉渴河，一杯生姜熱飲。店員非常親切，笑容可掬， 禮貌十足。給碗生牛河隻碗嚇親隻碗又高又大，我就唔識欣賞了，牛肉可能煮得耐，好韌湯底同河粉都可以，熱飲用紙杯就失色左啲。這店唯一值得 稱讚就係店內的女侍應（可能係老闆娘），食物就一般。。
